Who actually performs the work

Your details reach an independent operator. They are not staff here, not under this site's direction, and not its agent. Pricing, scheduling and the extent of the work are all theirs, and the contract you end up with is one you make with them and not with this website.

Reading this does not reserve anything

Everything financial and everything scheduled is agreed on the phone. Browsing these pages or submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not reserve time, fix a price or oblige anybody to attend.

Accuracy of what is published

Statements about the City of Lancaster, Fairfield County, ODOT or Ohio law describe those sources as they read when this was written, and each source is named so you can check it. Municipal pages change. Confirm anything that matters with the agency itself.
