The information taken

From the form: your name, phone number, ZIP code and whatever you type into the details box. Alongside it the form records the page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, the address that referred you, and any campaign tags on the link you came through.

From a call: the published number is a tracking line, so calls are logged and may be recorded by the call tracking provider. That is how a call gets matched to the site it came from.

Where it goes

Two places only: the independent removal operator whose territory covers the ZIP you give, so they can return your call, and whoever runs this site. Nothing is sold on, rented out, swapped or fed into a marketing list.

What is never asked for

There is no login, no password and no payment step. Money is settled directly between you and whoever carries out the work, and none of it moves through these pages.

What your browser keeps

One small record is stored locally, noting the page you first arrived on, so that a form sent several pages later still reports where the visit began. It serves that purpose alone.

Retention

Kept while it remains useful for chasing a job or settling a disagreement about one. Say the word and yours comes out of this site's records. Anything held in the operator's own books is theirs to manage, so that request belongs with them.

Minors

Nothing here is aimed at children, and no information is knowingly gathered from them.

Revisions

Anything substantive that changes is written up here. No mailing list exists to announce it.
